Who we are

IBCycle (ibcycle.com) is a referral service. We pass requests to buy, sell or recycle IBC totes to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and supply the goods and services. IBCycle does not sell, store or transport totes itself.

What our forms collect

When you send a quote request, we collect what you enter, which can include:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your company name
• your street address, city, state and ZIP or postal code
• the tote type, grade, size, quantity and timeframe you choose
• any message you write
• whether you agreed to receive text messages

We also record the page you sent the form from and, if you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, the campaign details in that link, so we know which pages bring in requests.

How your request is used

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which delivers it to partner suppliers in our network so they can contact you and prepare a quote. We use your details only to handle your request. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you tick the text message box on a form, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is not required to send a request.

Analytics and Cookies

This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep request details only as long as needed to pass your request on, follow up on it and keep basic business records. Partner suppliers who receive your request handle it under their own privacy practices.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, use the contact form or email info@ibcycle.com.
